As a certified birth doula through DONA, I offer continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I aim to empower you with comfort, advocacy, and guidance for a positive, personalized birth experience, supporting you with compassion and respect at every step.
Birth services

Compassionate, steady support for your birth journey. Includes prenatal visits, continuous labor presence, one postpartum visit, and unlimited communication so you never feel alone. Includes:
2 prenatal visits
Birth support (on-call from 37 weeks)
1 postpartum visit (90 mins)
2 health coaching visits (nutrition, recovery, or stress management guidance for birthing parent)
*Optional additional health coaching sessions at $75 per session for 1 hour

All the essentials plus added care. You’ll receive extra prenatal and postpartum visits, individualized health coaching sessions, and priority access for a seamless, supported transition into motherhood. Includes:
3 Prenatal Visits
2 Postpartum Visits
4 Health Coaching sessions (nutrition, recovery, or stress management guidance for birthing parent)
Priority scheduling & extended text/email access
Premium birth package gift
*Optional additional health coaching sessions at $75 per session for 1 hour
