• 40 hours total postpartum support (10 in-home visits, 3-4 hours each up to 12 weeks postpartum)

• Includes extended newborn + maternal care support, light household assistance, lactation support , light meal prep, and recovery guidance

• Four, 60-min Health Coaching Session (nutrition, recovery, or stress management guidance for birthing parent)*

• One complimentary overnight shift (8 hours) to support early recovery; additional nights available during week at $40/hr. (4 hour minimum)
